A Wausau man is among 16 people indicted by a federal grand jury of conspiring to distribute cocaine in Dodge and Jefferson Counties. The U.S. Attorney's Office says Johnny Matthews is being charged with three counts of selling crack cocaine and one count of possession with the intent to sell.

MADISON, Wis. (AP) - A federal grand jury has indicted 16 people accused of conspiring to distribute cocaine in Dodge and Jefferson counties. The U.S. Attorney's Office in Madison says nine Watertown residents took telephone orders from customers and arranged for other people to provide cocaine.
